I embarked on the second stage of learning how to properly ice cupcakes last night by attending a Pretty Pastel Cupcake Class at Cherry Blossom Bakery with my mum and sister and we had a great time!
Our host Antonia, one of the owners of this fabulous little establishment, was bright, bubbly and really knew her stuff! It was a great pleasure and lots of girly fun to get covered in icing sugar and try our hand at buttercream icing, fondant embellishments and more.
I'm actually rather tempted to book on the Belgium Chocolate Cupcakes class she has one place left for on the 30th!
Here's a hint of what we got up to - actually rather pleased with myself!
